System Self-Protected

SpinOffs will not be dependent on Startups. In the event of a failure of the contracted startup, supplier changes will be made and commitments will be made in technical and financial terms..

Ready to Exit

Since the SpinOffs are dominant in the fund portfolio, contract periods and Fund duration will be coordinated. Contract entitlements can be used for share return/dividend.

Cash Cow

Thanks to SpinOff contracts, cash generation can be started from day one. From the moment they join the fund, SpinOffs will be able to generate cash for real jobs and money.

Dividend

Since the Fund will have systematic and predictable cash flow, dividends can be distributed by the investment committee decision, investors do not have to wait until the end of the fund period.
